Pet Policy
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pet Rent is $25.00 per pet.Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted on the property. No pets over ninety (90) pounds when fully grown. No puppies or kittens fewer than 6 months old are allowed. All pets must have a pet deposit of $200.00 plus pay a non-refundable $200.00 pet fee for one (1) pet and a pet deposit of $100.00 plus a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for two (2) pets, which is to be paid prior to bringing an animal onto any portion of the premises. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.
